It's hard to put into words exactly what a brewery tastes like. But some breweries -- even after changes in brewers, even? -- seem to have characters. And it's almost like the fewer words you use to describe those breweries, the better. 

Maine Beer -- fresh
New Glarus -- classy
Avery -- strong
Stone -- bold
Three Floyds -- big
Alpine -- fruity
Cellarmaker -- dankfruity
Sante Adairius -- dankfruitiest

Am I crazy or is this kind of fun. Might have to bend the rules.
